Smart alert tech Plugs are versatile Wi-Fi enabled plugs that can be used with any household electronic device.

Smart Alert Tech presents a cutting-edge technology that enhances anyone's daily life. Our Smart Plug is designed to monitor both movement and lack of movement. Unlike pendants and other subscription-based devices that alert for every motion, our system notifies you when your loved one doesn't get up, take their medicine, eat, or perform other habitual tasks.

Our adaptable Smart Plug (SAT-1065) can be placed virtually anywhere, providing unparalleled flexibility. For instance, if your loved one gets up every day between 9 and 10 and makes coffee, you would attach the plug with the coffee maker. If your person does not make coffee, (perhaps they are sick or hurt and did not get out of bed) a push notification would be sent through to the app.

To set up, simply plug into the wall and then plug the device into the plug. Pair it with our App. (see FAQs or give me a call if you have any issues.) Set your notifications and times and...you'll receive notifications when the item is used, or crucially, when it's not. You could set a timer in the App for medication times, and if no movement is detected, notifications will be sent to you, family, friends, or caregivers.

Our products are designed to monitor someone's daily life without expensive monitoring fees, panic buttons, or home visits. We aim to provide a simple, cost-effective solution for those who don't require round-the-clock care.In the event of an interruption in service, such as a power outage, Wi-Fi loss, or low sensor battery, you will receive a notification. Additionally, you can change alert times, power on/off, set vacation timers, check electricity usage, and more, from anywhere in the world. The App allows you to grant access to additional family members, friends, or caregivers, making it easy to manage your devices remotely.

• Are you having trouble connecting your Smart Sensor or Smart Plug to your Wi-Fi network?
  • One possible reason could be an incorrect Wi-Fi password or the selection of the wrong Wi-Fi network. Another common mistake is attempting to connect to a 5 GHz network, as our devices are only compatible with 2.4 GHz networks.
• How can you determine if you have the wrong Wi-Fi password?
  • One way to check is by turning on Airplane Mode on your phone or tablet, then tapping on the network you're trying to connect to and forgetting the network. This will prompt you to enter your password to access your Wi-Fi. If you're unable to connect, it's likely that you have the wrong password and will need to contact your Internet Service Provider or the person who set up your router.
• How can you determine if your network is 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz?
  • If you're on a PC Desktop, open your networks panel from the taskbar (click the WiFi icon in the bottom right corner), and select "Properties" of your WiFi network. In the new window that appears, scroll down to "Properties." The "Network Band" should indicate either 2.4GHz or 5GHz.
  • On a Mac Desktop, click on the Wi-Fi icon in the top nav bar while holding down the Option/Alt key to view information on your Wi-Fi, including the channel your Wi-Fi is using at the moment.
• Will you receive an alert when the batteries on your Smart Sensor run low?
  • Yes, we have an alert in the settings of your sensor that will notify you when it's time to replace the batteries. Additionally, we offer rechargeable batteries for your convenience.
• If the Wi-Fi is down, will your electronic device still work when attached to your Smart Plug?
  • Yes, you can manually turn on your device regardless of the status of the plug.
• Will you receive an alert if you accidentally turn off the device attached to your Smart Plug?
  • Yes, we have a pop-up screen that will alert you if you turn off the device through the app, preventing you from mistakenly turning off the power to the device.
• What if the Smart Sensor is tampered with, broken, or disattached?
  • The App will automatically send you an alert if the sensor stops functioning.
• Will you receive an alert if there's a power outage at the property where the Smart Plug is located?
  • Yes, if the "Relay Switch" is toggled on, you'll receive almost immediate notification and can take steps to ensure your loved one's safety.
• What if you're still having difficulty setting timers, etc., on the Smart Sensor or Smart Plug?
  • You may want to clear your cache in the App. Simply tap "Me" in the bottom right corner of the screen, then tap the gear symbol in the top right corner of the screen. The last option on the list is "Clear Cache," which should resolve any issues you're experiencing.
